Information you send to Debora Makkus by using forms on the website or email

Your name and emailadress (and if applicable other information you send us by using forms on the website or by email) will be stored in the (contacts of the) email-account (deboramakkus@gmail.com), by which we communicate with our visitors, subscribers to the newsletter, people on waiting list for portraits/still lifes and clients. Debora Makkus has no intentions of sharing this information with third parties. Data regarding purchases will be recorded in our business financial accounting.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your purchase, regarding a temporary loan of a painting for an exhibition, notify you of a publication of a painting you acquired, send you a bill, to resolve a dispute, to collect monies owed, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, or postal mail. If you subscribed to the newsletter we may send you news or updates about our company by e-mail.

The email correspondence will be saved for the above mentioned reasons, or removed when you wish to have it removed (within one week).
